This is not the real Voice Assessment Test "only" a preparation tutorial and quiz.
Watch this video carefully!
This is an assessment that you will take over the phone to judge the professionalism of your voice.
Please note: The results of the voice assessment are automatically determined by the system. Please make sure there is no background noise or sound.
How quickly will I get the results of the Voice Assessment?
The Voice Assessment results are typically posted within 5 minutes of completion. If your results have not been updated, please refresh your browser window, or sign out and sign back in. If the results still have not posted, please contact Enrollment.
What happens if I fail the Voice Assessment?
If you fail the Voice Assessment, you will not be able to enroll in that client program at this time, or in any program for 90 days. After 90 days, you will again be able to express interest and take any of the required assessments for available client programs.
When will I take the actual voice assessment?
When you pick your company you will be taking the "ACTUAL" Arise Voice Assessment through your cell phone or landline. Make sure your phone has clear reception.
This tutorial presents the content of that test so you can decide if you will be able to pass and want to move forward.
When do I pay for my course before or after the real voice assessment?
You do not pay for your certification course until you pass your voice and logic/IQ assessment, and drug test paid for by Arise. This quiz is merely preparing you for when you choose your program.
How long will the voice assessment take?
The test over the phone will take around 5 minutes to complete in which you will be asked to repeat sentences and unscramble sentences. Be sure you are in a quiet environment, especially if you are using a cell phone.
What factors will they be considering?
These factors are considered when reviewing Voice Assessments:
- Call quality - clear of static, echoes, background noise
- Were you enthusiastic?
- Did you properly answer the question?
- Was your voice clear?
- Did you speak grammatically correct and fluently in the language you were assessed?
What if you fail due to technical reasons?
If you fail due to a technical issue (Examples: pressing a wrong button, phone hanging up, losing reception, interference) Sometimes due to technical errors the Arise Enrollment Department will let you take voice assessment again. Please try reaching out to them and explaining your technical problems with the first voice assessment.
But, do this only after you have exhausted the type and read method that AVA offers. If you find no solutions it will probably lead you to chat support anyway.
If the virtual typing method does not work use the method described by:
1) typing: error
2) clicking: ask
3) choosing: none of the above
You may have to repeat this process several times before you get to the chat support link options
What if you fail due to a non-technical reason?
If you fail you will have to wait 90 DAYS. So, please practice and be ready.
What is Arise essentially looking for in an agent?
Client Support Professionals (CSPs) need to possess the following key criteria to provide undisputed top performance when servicing our clients: enthusiasm, proper enunciation, voice clarity, appropriate grammar and propensity to follow directives provided. This assessment ensures we select the best CSPs to partner with us.
Before You Do The Assessment – What You Need to Know?
We highly recommend that you play the video above to find out what is expected of you before taking the assessment.
Do NOT take the test on a speakerphone and make sure you are in a quiet environment.
The assessment must be taken by the potential Client Support Professional when they are registered in the Arise profile.
Any assessment recorded by a third party will result in the automatic disqualification, from the Arise network, of all parties involved.
- You will NOT be able to re-record your answers once you complete each question of the assessment
- You will NOT be able to retake the voice assessment once it is submitted
- You will not be eligible to continue in the Arise network for 90 DAYS if you fail.
How is the voice assessment test broken down?
The test can be heard in two parts:
1) Question-building or form a question based on the prompt you will hear Example: “Ask me where you live”, you say “Where do you live?”
2) Sentence rearrangement from the scrambled words on your screen Example: “You/Where/Are/Going”, you say “Where are you going?”
