Step 1: Try using the username and password links below the login module on the Arise portal

Step 2: Check the email you registered with in the Arise portal for your username.
You will need your username and email to reset your password. Do a search for "Arise" in your email platform. It should be one of the first emails you received from Arise. In that email from Arise your username is recorded. Hopefully you did not delete it. In the future do not delete any Arise/Veritacall related emails.
Step 3: If you cannot find your username in your email, please call Arise Support at: (866) 771-0041
Step 4: Email Admissions Support: email@example.com
Include the information you had associated with your original Arise account such as:
CSP ID (If you lost CSP ID send them last four digits of Social Security Number)
Full details as to how Admissions may assist.
Try using the email associated with the original Arise account too. It will speed the process. If you don't have let them know you deleted the past email account and give them the original.
