The CSP is paid for the services rendered by Arise through their IBO twice monthly
The service revenue is usually comprised of a fixed rate ― by call rate — and a variable rate — by minute rate or any combination thereof.
The following variables/service level requirements determine your performance bonuses and rates on most programs:
Commitment Adherence (CA) 90%
Average Handle Time (AHT) > 400 seconds
Transactional Sales Ratio (TSR %) > .75%
FCR (First Call Resolution) ≥ 80%
Voice of Customer (VOC) > 80%
Avoidable Truck Roll (ATR)
8.90%-7.91%
7.90%-6.51%
Intervals Serviced:
1 STAR: 15 – 40 hours weekly.
2 STAR 41 - 50 hours weekly.
3 STAR for ≥ 51 hours weekly.
The revenue structure varies by client and as such we cannot exactly pinpoint the revenue you will have access to. You will know the base rate and maximum pay rates as listed here.
As a rule of thumb, depending on the client, earned service revenue ranges between $11.00 to $16 per hour. Some inbound customer service/sales positions pay up to $20.00 per hour with incentive bonuses/commissions.
